Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Redeemable only at Fresh Skin Clinic
- Cannot be exchanged for cash and is not refundable
- Gift vouchers should be treated like cash and should be kept secure. Fresh will not accept responsibility for any voucher lost or stolen
- Redeemable only on products and services. Voucher much be presented prior to service
- Credit card details are required at time of booking to secure your appointment. Any appointment cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
- We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a non-refundable 50% value-of-treatment fee. This fee also applies to no shows.
